Disc bulge

I am. 20 years old and my disc between l4 and l5 is bulging outside due to dead lift . It started 5 months back and I thought it was just a normal back pain but due to heavy work during my sisters marriage the pain increased tremendously and now I am not able to walk and I can't even sit with a good posture. I have consulted many doctors and they confirmed that they have to cut the disc out . ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS , WHETHER IT CAN BE CURED WITHOUT SURGEY?if yes, how? And if not suggest which kind of surgery I should go for ( endoscopic, open micro surgery and another) and will the surgery affect me in my future

Tailbone pain

I have tailbone pain for the past  one month and it was very mild pain one year back.Since from last one month it has increasedand  whenever I sit for a long time it starts paining. I started using a donut cushion and today I consulted an orthopedic surgeon and he suggested  X ray. After looking into xray report he said it is sacro coccyxgeal instability and it cannot be corrected by medicines and physiotherapy and the only solution is surgery. What's the reason for this sudden coccyx pain And is there any other solution for this problem? I had a C section delivery in the year 2022 and fistula surgery in the year 2023 (jan)and no injury.

ACL Tear caused by Physio Forceful Ligam

Hello I had some knee pain in March went for a MRI , MRI came clean absolutely Then pain reduced, i thought of giving Physio a try , physio twisted my leg and forced the knee downward while checking ligament, Stress test and when he applied those forces i suddenly developed two new pain, it was 21 May and today on 07 June i went for another MRI and unfortunately Physio twisting and forceful action has caused Minimal knee Joint fluid is seen. There is evidence of disruption of anterior cruciate ligament fibres near femoral insertion site with suggestion of few intact fibres suggestive of high grade anterior cruciate ligament tear I never got swelling and also don't have instability, went to orthopedic surgeon he advised surgery directly,no bracing, nothing and also told me to walk normally.

Colles fracture after treatment queries

My mother had a right wrist fracture. The doctor performed a closed reduction procedure during emergency treatment. After 6 weeks (on 21st May), the cast was removed and replaced with a plastic splint. The doctor advised starting physiotherapy. However, she experiences pain during exercises, possibly due to stiffness, which might be normal in older females. I need guidance on the following: 1. Swelling is still present after cast removal. Can she continue exercises even with some pain? 2. Can she use an ice pack or warm heating pad to reduce the swelling? 3. Can she take regular baths now? How should she clean her wrist safely?
