Bone & Muscle problems

Hello Doctor, I had a left femur fracture and underwent intramedullary nailing with screws on 24 May 2025. These X-rays are from 1 month 8 days post-surgery. I’m concerned about the visible fracture gap in the lateral view. I’ve just started calcium+D3 supplements. I’m doing partial weight-bearing and flexion exercises. Please review and let me know: Is bone healing progressing normally? Is the gap something to worry about? What phase of healing am I in now? When can I expect full weight-bearing?

My mother received a Depomedrol injection (1.5 mL) in her knee as prescribed by the orthopedic doctor. After the injection, she experienced severe dizziness and frequent vomiting. Please guide us on whether this is a reaction to the injection, and what treatment or medicine should be given now.

Are my xrays normal? I have weird tightness in left arm, elbow and shoulder n left chest.. I had blood tests n ecg, echo done which was normal the referred to ortho.. Had these xrays done today will see ortho this friday

Hello doctor I have pain in my right sole of foot. It is severe when I woke up in morning and also when I walk after half or more than half an hour . What can be it's reason

I am dentist. When i work on pt on dental chair or while driving car or sitting long in chair  i get pain in buttocks , arms , legs and extreme fatigue. With pain its soreness and heaviness. No numbness. No pain in back. When i change position or walk for few minutes i feel better. My mri of lumber spine is normal. What can be the reason for such severe fatigue in specific position?

My mother is under medication for knee and joint pains(back, elbow, shoulders ). She was 49 yrs old and was really facing difficulty in doing basic household works. She was under medication from 2 years but didn't notice any improvement in her condition. Following is her medication: Altraday, steoxa 200, collasin-UC, mediciss-K27, Q-TEN Plus tablets. Doctor suggested to take altraday only is there is sever pain. It helps to relieve the pain temporarily. He suggested to not do any exercise, walking etc., literally like do nothing. I've been following this from 2 yrs and i didn't notice any change, also whenever she tries to some basic works she notice significant pains at different joint areas(shoulders, knee etc.,) looks like bones have very weak. I was confused on how to move forward with her medication and wanted to take second opinion or suggestions to improve her condition. Is it like she won't be able to do basic works and has to sit idle without walking etc.,
