Classical of Plantar fascitis. Soon after you get up from bed tap your sole on the floor for 40-50 times. Do plantar stretch exercises like for example take a wooden chapathi roller or a ball. Then roll it from your heel to toes. Keep ur feet in bearable hot water with rock salt in it for 10-15 mins. Practice doing all these twice a day. Change your foot wear immediately. Use heel pad or arch support footwear.
