I am having a major hair loss after delivery . My baby is 6 month old now. Kindly suggest some diet or medication to stop the hair loss and hair regrowth

I had mild fatty liver in ultrasound 3 months back, and had high cholesterol and triglycerides level along with high SGPT and SGOT. I followed the right diet and did exercise and lost 9 kgs. My cholesterol is now 167(earlier it was 225). I feel much better but still sometimes there is slight pain in right side of my stomach. Doctor has given me to take "ArogyaVardhini + Liv 52" to eat for 3 months 2 tabs morning & 2 evening. Please suggest me should go for ultra sound again? And after how many days these medicines will start correcting the liver? I am eating this medicine since last 15 days. Thank you please guide

Hey, I have been facing issue with my periods ever since i have put on weight. Though i work out these days.. And ensure some  physical activity but still the periods are not there all 12 months. Hi Dear Doctors what medicine is given in ayurveda for the bacteria called klebsiella pneumoniae in urine culture. Allopathy doctor gave amoxicillin clavulanate as per the report I took it for week symptoms like uti and cough were reduced and now again after a 2 weeks same symptoms have started so can you please tell any powerful ayurvedic antibiotics for this particular bacteria.. Doctor prescribed me cytocruel at and fodana tablets for PCOS ..does it really help...if I google it says cancer related medicines..should I continue or stop it ..is it relevant to PCOS..pls advise ..I have pcod from 7years
