Question for Ayurvedic doctors only. Can I take BANGSHIL & FORTEGE for chronic prostatitis diagnosed by urologists. I have only one  symptom that is frequent urination in day time not during night.

I am facing constantly burping & bloating may be because of work schedule so i really need to fix it immediately

My sister suffers from myoclonic jerks (non epileptic seizures) & vestibular migraine. Her EEG and brain MRI are clear. She was put on an antidepressants & other anxiety and seizure medicines for it but all the allopathy medicines make her worse. She is now very sensitive to medication & is unable to tolerate any allopathy medicines but all the doctors say she needs them for her anxiety. Can she take himalaya mentat tablets for her current symptoms ? If yes then in what dosage and for how long?? Thank you

What type of ayurveda powder causes stomach pain and diarrhea when mixed with food or water in adults?

My twins (4.5) have adenoids Enlargement and cronic cough. They get frequent viral infections 2 to 3 times in 1 month. Underweight 14.5kg. Now we  started ayurvedic treatment. But their condition is not improving. My main concern is dry cough . They are suffering so much .I can't watch them so many sleepless nights..does ayurveda really effective in treating adenoids. Pls answer .what should I do ..I tried allopathy, homopathy, ayurveda...nothing is working. Pls help 🙏. My doc suggest. Hi I applied neem and turmeric paste over psoriasis patch only 2 times. And after 2 day saw rashes are more with high scaling and seems new red patches other parts of the body. Any suggestions what to do. Thanks in advance.
