MnI have been using the skin shine cream for 6-7 months today , now I can't give up the skin shine cream.  When I leave it, my cheeks become darker and itchy.  What do I do now is there any good serum or cream like skin shine?  Which is applied at night to whiten the face in the morning.  Please help me a little.

Every year, in the month of July and August, I have issues like Heartburn, too much belching, morning headaches, and digestive issues. All my prakriti characteristics are like Vata dosha.
