I am 34years old...today I was bitten by a dengu mosquito...having white and black stripes on its leg ..the area where it bit got swollen..I m worried whether if will have dengu fever ...pls suggest what to do..or what medicine can I take to prevent it ..Thank you..

I have inflammation in pelvic area with white- brownish discharge problem even a week after menses... Back pain headache nausea are Symptoms which m facing especially at night...its very painful even to touch entire pelvis... As i can feel sensivity of tha region if my baby touch or push my lower abdomen...as its fully imflammed...pls tell proper medicine for nausea pain n discharge as doctors are saying my progestrone levels are low

I visited Patanjali Clinic and have been advised - 1- Aloe Vera Juice 40 ml 2- Patanjali Weight GO 2-2 tablets before meals. 3- Chitrakadi Vati and Arogyavardhini Vati 2-2 tablets after meals. 4- Punarnavarisht 4tsp twice a day after meals Problem I am facing that Bowel Movements 4 times a day 2 times in the morning and sometimes 3 times in the morning and 1 time in the afternoon and 1 times in the evening. Along with it I am facing some gas (Pass ho jaati but banti jyada h) and lil bit bloating( before medicines jyada thi) and burping and feeling burping most of the time. Had fatty liver grade 1 six months back and also taken Apple Cider Vinegar regularly on empty stomach from past 5-6 years and digene mint tablets 6-8 daily. kya ye medicine sahi h iss problem k liye or I should consult some one else? Pehle se better hai when I take prebiotic milk and go for regular gym in the morning. Pls Help!

I am female 37 Yr, have hypothyroidism and irregular menstruation. Taking thyroxine 100 mcg. Have hyper acidity. Recently got allergic reaction on neck and itching all over the body. Took sarivadyarishta for skin issues and avipattikar churna for acidity. Allergic reaction gone but itching 10 % is still there, do I need to take any other medicine with this. For how long should I take sarivadyarishta.
