Acidic foods when taken becomes alkaline. How can acidic foods become alkaline when consumed? How can we confirm this? What foods come under this? Does this concept apply for alcoholic liquor? I could not understand this concept. Can anyone explain?

Enlarged adenoid with facial heaviness from past few years.chronic post nasal drip and throat mucus only one side of the throat and mouth roof.Is it possible to adenoid doing this problem only on one side?
