I am diabetic patient.last reading was 193 fasting.Also I am taking allopathic medicine glynase 500 mg.these days my BP readings was 153/92 .also iam feeling pain in my right feet.how can I control.what medicine should I take and what should my daily routine

TPO antibodies are in range of 400-550 since 3 years and not getting treated. Also, TSH is varying from 4-7.
