See whenever this is related to some very sensitive part, I would suggest you for a physical examination. Till then you can wash your mother's eye with triphala water.
Soak 1tsp triphala powder in earthenware( mitti ka bartan) overnight, filter it and wash your eyes with this water on a daily basis.
