Can i take letrozol for gynocomastia I have very mild round lump both side inside of my nipples????

I have seen the black patch on my penis head and I have some type of skin infection  like ringworm around my inner thighs and buttocks but now it cleared all that and for that reason is it caused black patch on penis head?  and I don't even smoke and drink and I'm not sexually active iam a virgin and I have a active lifestyle I go  gym daily  so can explain why is this cause and I shared the photographs of effected area.

From few months,I have noticed,some pigmentation on my lower leg please guide me for further treatment.

I got my first dose of penicillin in Feb 2022(1:16 and other lab 1:32) and after 1-1.5 yr my vdrl titer become 1:8 and after some time it become 1:4 but recently I check again it become 1:8 again then I went to gov hospital and again they do rpr (1:32) . I have acne prone sensitive skin I uses sunscreen but i seen that pimple and acnes are increasing so any alternative to avoid this and tan Like water wash and etc or ways to avoide sun uv without sunscreen

I have had dry skin, and during winters i get acne on the right cheek near ear(i just use sunscreen and multani mitti). In jan 1st week i went to a dermat and she prescribed me azelaic acid for point treatment and excela moisturizer (didn't ask me to do patch test). After 3-4 use of moisturizer i got my worst breakout, on forehead, left cheek and clusters of pus filled acne formed on the rear end of right cheek. this met the awful timing of my periods. I stopped using everything (dermat suggested strong actives and then peeling). It's feb end now, (cut off sugar, junk having proper sleep, changing pillow case) i don't have clusters, and redness is reduced, right cheek have only few dried pimples and have turned brownish but my forehead is not healing, it keeps getting 2-3 pimples and marks on my left cheek are still red and not fading. how long will it take to heal ? and would taking homeopathy treatment will help it ?
