I have psoriasis from the last 5 years,first jst a few spots on my legs and scalp.Went to the derm and he prescribed me with mtx injection,LojivateS ointment for the spots and powercortS lotion for scalp.with the treatment my psoriasis was under control and discontinued the Mtx injection because it caused me fatty liver.Continued with the ointment and the lotion for scalp.But after that psoriasis started on my face and unknowingly i used the LojivateS ointment on my face on and off till 6 months ago,after knowing about the side effects i stopped it immediately.But now i think i got steriod induced rosacea with  dark red spots on my forehead,nose,cheeks and under my beards.What treatment options do i have doctor??

Hi, I consulted a dermatologist for hair thinning and hair loss from hairline and a little bit at crown. They have advised me topical minoxidil 5% once per day and ketoconazole shampoo. However I am not entirely sure about using minoxidil, could someone please help me with pros and cons of applying it? Will it affect my blood pressure? What are the side effects to worry about and what are the chances of getting them?

I have acanthosis nigricans for 15 years. Now I am 28 years old. I have PCOD. Also I have hormonal imbalance. I have high testosterone level. So still my neck is very dark. My face is two shades brighter than my neck. And now I am doing some workouts and diet. Can you suggest me a good product which is useful to get rid of my neck acanthosis nigricans?

I have sensitive skin. I don't really get pimples or acne. It only happens occasionally. From last week however I got these pimples/acne on my forehead. It wasn't this severe then, just progressed over the weekend. Now it has spread to my cheeks also. I started using Benzyl Peroxide 5% last night. Please suggest me if that'll work.

I am experiencing multiple small bumps on the outer vaginal (vulvar) area. They are mostly skin-colored to white, small in size, and have been gradually increasing in number over time. Hello ma’am, I need some help with a separate issue regarding my scalp condition. For the past few months, I’ve been experiencing itchiness due to flakiness on my scalp. I used Scalppro shampoo earlier, and it helped at that time. However, since the last week of March, the itching has worsened. I’ve also started noticing small bumps and rashes on my scalp. Around that same time, I began using the TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Hair Spa (complete kit), so I suspected it might be causing an allergic reaction. I stopped using it After that, I switched to using Scalppro shampoo along with Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner (paraben-free). It provided slight relief, but the problem is still there. I also tried using a mild daily shampoo and took Cetirizine for a few days for allergy relief. While I was on the medication, the itching improved, but it returned after I stopped taking it. Additionally, I’ve been experiencing mouth ulcers and some stomach heat/liver-related discomfort recently. I’m not sure if this is connected to my scalp issue or if it’s purely an allergy. Could you please guide me on what this might be and suggest appropriate treatment

I have this recurring infection in toes and fingers specifically during summer.. It starts like small bubbles in between toes, then the skin cracks and looks whitish like in the pic and it irritates a lot. Then skin peels of completely like the red spot in the pic and hurts a lot. Please give a prescription to stop this.
