Overcoming with grief
This is with regard to my mother. She recently lost her young son (age 33) due to sudden heart attack at his workplace away from our hometown on 4th July 2023. My mother has been continuously crying since that day, even during her sleep. Whenever she is awake she is in tears. She occasionally talks to him as well. Her blood pressure has shooted to 180/90. She does not want to get up and work and has been crying continuously day and night. I am worried about her health. Should I visit a psychiatrist or wait for few days to let her vent her grief? She talks in her sleep as well. I myself am a psychologist so I was not willing to rush to things and let go things naturally on its own. Please suggest me when should be the right time to take her to a psychiatrist.

Best hospital
Please suggest a few top facilities which have a good success rate in treating severe anxiety, depression, mood swings and nightmares - with good psychotherapists.
I've tried many doctors and medicines - I'd like to get admitted for proper observation and treatment.

Just OCD and anxiety ??
Regarding my last post about fear of hallucinations and ocd , if it's only ocd and not the edge of psychosis then why do I get thoughts like - Now something bad will happen to me , some paranormal activity will happen soon and ghosts will kill me or haunt me . Are these just OCD thoughts ?? These thoughts are stupid according to me , but they scare me too . I am taking help of a psychiatrist currently . Hoping to feel better but can anyone please clarify what's going on with me ? I think m going crazy .

Clonotril 0.5mg for anxiety
Doctor has recommended me Clonotril 0.5mg once at night for 4 weeks for anxiety. I've been taking it for 6 days now.
I drank a bit of wine today afternoon (about 20ml) at lunch.
Can I take my today's dose of Clonotril at night. It would've been 6.5hours since I drank the wine. Please let me know if it's safe.

Subtitution of medication
Hi, I have been prescribed clonazepam 0.25mg twice a day along with ecitalopram and placida for anxiety and panic attack. I am looking forward to substitute clonazepam with etizolam as I am happening to keep yawning the entire day and I am asuming it to be due to clonazepam. Is it safe to do so, does etizolam work equivalently to clonazepam?
