My tmt test is negative but Echo shows diastolic dysfunction grade 1, doctor said nothing to worry but am having fear of fast walk Run and other physical activities coz i think that will cause heart problems. Kindly help me out..my age is 35 male..

My tmt is negative and echo shows diastolic dysfunction grade 1 doctor said nothing to worry but after knowing this i have searched lots of stuff online regarding this and many doctors said that its irreversible or dangerous so aging i have consulted another cardiologist he said nothing to worry but after this too my mind is full of fear and having Anxiety..what to do?

I am struggling to be happy. Have trouble in sleep and feel sad on waking up. I don't mind the work (house or job) but the constant bickering of people is getting into my head. I have lost interest in every hobby and often feel lonely. When I discuss about these with my family they do one of these things. 1. You pretend to have big problem when it is so common and everyone else faces these. 2. You are a negative person and this will never end. 3. "Okay we will support you" but they never follow back and get angry if I ask to help me with anything. I know what I am going through is very common for women juggling personal and professional life. But just because its common doesn't make it normal. Now I try not to open up to anyone because they always come with well prepped answers when I am emotionally vulnerable. What can I do to cope with it? I don't want to open up to my friends or family. Is there anything which makes me ignore other's responses & not to have expectation.

Hi Doc, I am 33 years old female. I became mother of male baby via c-section 24 days back. I am working in IT but roght now on maternity leave. My husband and me leaving together only. Now the baby have come... I feel all the time whether my baby is alright or not. Am I doing something wrong? Should I sleep in night or be watchful to my baby? I am always worried for my baby as I and my husband only taking care of. No elder is there to look after.. as my mother in law cannot be with us for some reason and my mother lives abroad. These thoughts haunts me all day but increase in night. What should I do..

Hi sir my all tests r normal echo ECG blood test Consultanted psychiatrist since treatment from 1years health anxiety now my dose had tappred down to ecitilo 10mg plane Right now I felt suddenly giddiness tingling heavy legs i visited dr he checked bp and sugar both r normal i didn't slept whole night can lack of sleep causes dizzy or its withdrawal symptoms of my medicine before it was escilatorapam 10mg .50 clonazepam now plane escilatorapam 10 mg plz help me out

Sir iam taking gastric tablets like esomeprazole rabeprazole (40mg) since 7 months. Now iam getting headache , sometimes left side scalp pain,  and not getting sleep properly. Thank you
