It's been a week that I have been put on lamotrigine..and vortioxetine. Before lamotrigine I have tried umpteen no of antidepressants to no avail. Lamotrigine seems to work good for me so far. But vortioxetine makese irritable and anxious and dysphoric. Please help

Hello Doctor!I am so much worried about my future.I can't do good in the exam.I can't remember in exam center what I have read before the exam.I have studied the question but I can't remember the answer.I can remember almost everything related to the question that where it was or which side on the page except the answer.I don't become panicked in the exam center yet it's happening.And I now I can't focus on my study as I can't cut a good figure in the exam.As well as now I can't recall what I have studied.It takes too much time to understand or memorize any short topic and sometimes I can't memorize also.What should I do?A few of my hair is greying also I think it isn't normal in my age and also facing too much hair fall(taking minoxidil 2% for hair fall).Now please give me advice.

Hello Earlier this year, I started getting panic attacks and there were certain triggers of it. I did consult a doctor and with some medications I was free of it. Recently at night I have started getting these choking feelings, these are way different than my earlier experiences but feels way horrible too. I am unable to sleep post it.
