How much time does it take for Grade1 Varicocele to move to Grade 3 Varicocele? What should we do to control the Varicocele at Grade 1?

Hello sir I had done my right inguinal open hernia surgery 7 years ago i have not any pain when I sit down on bed it is normal but when I stand up or walk or do any work I feel some sensation like tugging disturbance in doing activity why i feel after so many years of surgery is it feels some discomfort whole life please tell me why a person feels some discomfort after surgery it is not a pain its some disturbance in doing physical activity
