Kidney Problems

I developed back pain and mild testicular discomfort two weeks ago. USG of abdomen & scrotum was done. Varicocele was detected in scrotum but consultants i.e urologists told me that varicocele doesn't cause pain. However, a S VitD3 test was prescribed by doctor and my vitamin D level was found to be extremely low in the blood. Doctor told me that.. this is the reason of your pain.. Is it true..??? Expecting advice...

I am having constant mild to medium mowing in my urin pipe for last couple of days. Which doctor, I mean I should consult to a general physician or some other doctor? My water intake is nearly 2-3 litres per day.

Suffer from frequent urination from past 5 years and in summer go washroom 14 to 15  times a day and in winter 24 -28 times a day .KFT is normal,Bladder is normal in ultrasound,Before PVR 333cc and after PVR 187 cc Weak flow and stream .pls suggest what to do Male 24 yr old

Im 36 yr old male. Prostate is normal in size and echotexture. Prostate measures 2.6 x 2.4 x 2.2 cm and prostatic volume is 7.5 cc. Median lobe does not show significant hypertrophy. I have no prior surgery or issue please suggest is it normal in size

My wife have frequent urination. Approx 15-20 times. She is under medication as advise by urologist. KUB and PVR are done. Residual volume is approx. 110ml. Now doctor has advised for Cystoscopy. So should we go ahead with Cystoscopy aur take another doctor opinion before going for this diagnostic tool. Thanks.

Sir iam suffering from frequent urination lol incomplete bladder when I checked with local hospital said that neurogenic bladder he suggested medicine veltam s kit and veltam 0.4mg  and solifenacin 10mg after using the medicine for 2 weeks no use can u pls suggest further steps cures this problem

In anomaly scan left pelvis ap diameter showing 8mm.right kidney is unremarkable.both kidneys are normal in echotezture and size. Is this normal?

Dr praveen what test need to do for that ..is it curable ? plz help or share the whats number then i will consult with urologist in practo .. uneasy feeling while urinating
