Burns while I pee

There is a burning & slight pain sensation when i pee and it lasts for 5/ 10 min after I pee. There is a red spot at the tip of the external urethral opening, looks like a drop of blood under the skin. Urine has no foul smell and is of normal colour. No puss or any other leakage.
