Kidney Problems

Hi doc My father aged 59 years is unable to control urine and is taking roliten 2mg twice a day from past 1 week but there is no improvement in symptoms. He has done ultrasound kub and culture test both came normal. no prostate enlargement. Please confirm if roliten will work or med needs to be changed.

On my recent ultrasound it shows renal microlith appears. I do not have any pain or difficulties in my urine routine. Does is required any medications further. Th local doctors this may not require any treatments however I would like to have second opinion.

Thursday night I took 60 ml of whisky. On Friday morning I had seizure episode doc took a blood test in this test my sgpt level 228 or sgot level 105 . What is this means and I do zym. And take protein in my diet .

Hi My Creatinine level is 1.27 mg/dl, Urea is 16.20 mg/dl and Uric acid is 7.20 mg/dl also potassium is 5.38 mEq/L is my Creatinine level are safe or its worrying indicators please guide. Attaching report copy.

There is pain after I urinate. For some time or while there is pressure on urethra. Pain is on urethra No much relief after antibiotics

Recently I have undergone "Ultrasound whole abdomen scan" and following are the impression 1) Grade 1 fatty liver. 2) Grade 1 Prostatomegaly. Prostrate measures 3.5 * 3.3*5.2 cm (31 cc) enlarged. 3)Bladder is normal in contour and there is no evidence of intra luminal pathology. As per my doctor "Grade 1 fatty liver" is reversible by reducing weight and having healthy lifestyle. But iam really worried about " Grade 1 Prostatomegaly " . Please advise whether this issue  requires treatment or is it normal for my age. NOTE: Iam 36 years male for your reference. Thanks.
