Kidney Problems

Please help me, since last 4 days I am feeling the constant urge to urinate, I did the Urine RE and Urine Culture and Sensitivity Test. The doctors said I don't have an infection. I am feeling body pain(not severe) and a feeling like my urinary bladder is full. Is it normal? I'm taking some medicines but no improvement. I have Vaginitis and yesterday I went to a gynecologist and they prescribed some medicines but I cannot understand the dosage of it.

I have been prescribed fosfomycin (fogene) sachet for uti. He asked me to take it every 3 days. How many doses should i take of this medicine? I have already taken 2 doses. How many more doses should i take

I have burning sensation after urination, 2 weeks back I got fever and checked urine routine found albumin trace after treatment 1 week I got checked again I got negative report everything cleared but after urination it will be burning sensation.

I have burning sensation after urinating I have done urine test routine initially found albumin trace after 8 days again i have done urine test it was cleared. But now I have burning sensation after urinating only near end part.

I am a 35 year old female. For more than 1 year am having the problem while urinating.
