Kidney Problems

Hello Dr I have Prostate mildly enlarged measuring 4 * 3.4 * 5.3 cms volume 38.6 cc measured in July 2023 at Ebisu Lab but in Dec 2023 it measured 20 CC at Apollo Clinic where it was mentioned it is normal ...May I know if this is concern, can it rduce in size naturally ? and What is the normal measurement and CC ???

My father recently has done his urine for microalbumin and creatinine ratio and the reports are attached. Could you please let me know if the elevated results are concerning? Is it dangerous? And what should be the next course of action?

My father's report is attached please do check and let me know if it's something worrisome. And if it is then what should we do further for treatment?

Am diagnosed with Grade 2 prostatomegaly. Please advise for further treatment . Is it possible to cure with medicines or it required surgery

Hi, I did kidney function test and it shows low bun/creatinine ratio although all other parameters are in  normal range. Please have a look at the test results in attached screenshot and please let me know if anything serious or its normal. Thanks in advance. Note- Currently I am on kidney stone medicine.

My mother 67 years age have nocturia at night many times Her urinary bladder is distended Pus cells 5 And not any abnormalities decteted She is non diabetic but hypertensive  hypothyroidism and arthritis

Why kidney stones not coming out completely? It's developing again and again, what should I do?suggest me please.

I've been facing frequent urination since last night with slight burning..it really disturbs the sleep.

At midnight I woke up for urinating and the flow speed was high. I felt a little shock kind of pain suddenly which made me slow down urination. I had kidney stone in past 5 years back but cured at that time with medicines and water. Also I have back pain near kidneys . Not sure if its back pain due to long sitting hours. Is this shock type of pain common?
