Kidney Problems

Recently I did my USG (whole abdomen) which reveals lobulated outline of kidneys with increased parenchymal echoes with mild fatty pancreas. I want to know what it means and what kind of treatment I require

I have kidney stones in the right kidney of 10 mm and 5 mm. Do I need to go for surgery? Or medicine will work?

Hi. Is routine urine test sufficient for detecting urinary tract infection ? My urine routine tests are normal all the time. But I face pain at the top of penis and burning sensation while urinating. Also can urinating in hospital toilets can cause urinary tract infection?
