Can this be treated in homeopathy? I believe no treatment other than surgery in allopathic. orthopedic suggested to use splint.

I am suffering from frequent sneezing every 2-3 days gap its comes and goes with runny nose and nose itching.

I have high degree of nose itching and cold and cough... Took so many medicines for allergy and cough but when medicines are there some relief after that again started... Is there any permanent treatment in homeopathy... Pls suggest 🙏🙏

Since last 15 Days I am on the allopathic medicine Otocab ( Ginko Biloba extract and Multivitamin ) for the ringing in right side ear prior to 10 days ago It's in the left side of ear and frequency is too loud. Now it's shifted to right side I consulted lot of ENT specialist but not getting guaranteed good results. Sound is like buzzing or pulsing of internal veins it's audible in silent environment and loud when BP is high. Few times heavy headache or migraine along with the Sound. I am attaching my audiometry report for reference please provide me solution.
