I hv been diagnosed having anxiety disorder post covid(april2021).home treatment. Due to which iam suffering from gerd and breathing difficulty. Sleep was affected right from covid days but now iam getting jerk like sensation in head or somitimes chest or sometimes in hand legs etc just when iam getting sleep. Sleep is getting affected. Wanted to know which treatment will be reqd. Sometimes can feel pulse in head when resting. Occasional head ache like throbbing of nerve is felt in head part above left ear. Which doctor to approch?

Iam suffering from acid reflux type of symptoms. It is affecting my breathing. Heavy breathingvis there all day. All pft ct scan of chest xray of xgest is normal Was covid positive in april, all these symptoms started after covid. Lump like feeling in throat is there after eating. Motion also not regular after covid. Acid reflux medicine givea temprery relief. But i want permenant solution.

Allergies from dirt and smoke and other different smells like tadka, itching in nose, runny nose, sensitiveness.. all these result in continuous sneezing.

I am on hormonal pill Dronis30. Have hair on face and small follicles on ovary. Weight 61kg height 5.3. No thyroid. Had 1 kid through csection 5years back. From that time I am on pills.
