I am having Pilonidal Sinus and before a week it was bleeding too. I visited a General Surgeon and looking at MRI he suggested surgery. Since after surgery also there are chances of re-occurrence and I'm bit scared with this surgery thing. I'm looking for alternative treatment options available in Ayurveda or Homeopathy to cure it permanently.

My son is having hydrocele right side, he is just 3 years so wanted to check if we can treat this without surgery through homeopathy

According to the advice of my doctor i have taken Hammamelis 10 drops in 1cup of water twice a day.but everday whenever i am going to toilet bleeding occurs though i have taken hammamelis. What is the reason of this bleeding?why hamnamelis cant stop this?is it ibdixates cancer in bowel??
