Current Medication : Nikoran 5 BD, Gluxit 10Mg(for diabetes) OD, Ciplar 30 OD. Have Obesity with Insulin Resistance. Angina Symptoms such as Chest Tightness, Sweating, Nausea and chest pain etc. Can homoeopathy help in Microvascular Dysfunction?
