My periods delayed for 2 months..i consulted a doctor,he suggested me sepia nd jonosia ashoka... How long i should take for getting back my periods?

My BP is 115/78 and pulse rate is 86. My pulse rate is ok or its high please tell me sir/mam I want to know.

A homeopathy physician advised me to take for treatment of Erectile Dysfunction- 1) Nuphar Lutea 200 CH 4 drops. 3 times aday. 2) Selenium 200 CH 4 drops. 3 times a day for 15 days. Are these medicines safe in the above mentioned dosage and potency?

I am currently on keto diet, can I take homeopathic medicine for hair fall, if I take homeopathic medicine will it kick me out of ketosis because it contains sugar?

I am 29 years old male. Since childhood I can't hold urine more than 200 ml. I have little knee pain after doing Squat excercise. Earlier I only feel little knee pain while doing Squat. But On 1st September 2023 morning After  doing  Squat (without weight) I felt knee stiffness, dump pain and knee weakness. After this incident I left Squat took little rest and knee issue feels improved I was able to perform all activity. Recently I have done MRI and It says following: 1) Grade II myxoid degeneration involving posterior horn of the medial meniscus 2) Fluid collection adjacent to the posterior horn of medial meniscus- ?parameniscal cyst/ distended medial gastrocnemius semimembranosus bursa.  3) Mucoid degeneration of ACL. 4)  Minimal synovial effusion of the knee joint. 5) Minimal collection in deep infrapatellar bursa. Please suggest what this condition means and can it be treated through homeopathy. Thank you

I am exclusive breastfeeding my 4 month old baby. I started homeopathy medicine for my cough and cold by consulting a Dr. And it has been 3 days. Today there was blood in baby stool. Is it a side effect? No changes in diet, nothing new eaten. Pls suggest if I should discontinue medicine?

Hello ,i am 28 f unmarried ...actually i undergone antidepression treatment ,i was given high dose nexito 15 mg,took for one month,then no periods...its since three months ..i consulted homeopathy,doctor gave pulsatilla 200 c nd gossipiyum herbacum mother tincture..still periods didnt come..is the problem a side effect of anti depressants??
