Regarding this I met a pulmonologist and he advised me to take a sleep test.which is attached herewith.according to him CPAP machine is to be used.which is very costly. Is there any other method which can help me overcome these issues. The major problem i am facing is due to this is i am sleeping at my work place. Please advise.

Hello Doctor, Could you please help suggest a homeopathic medicine(s) to increase vitamin B12 levels. It is now 131 micro grams and generally stays on the lower side only however, I eat healthy vegan foods (I am a eggitarian) but somehow I feel the absorption is not happening. Also, I experience gas, acidity and bloated frequently. Whenever I eat something it feels like gas has started forming and stomach feels bloated.
