Dear Doctor, which medicine should I take for TSH allopathy or homeopathy. Kindly help me and which food to avoid suggest me.

I have allergy from past 8 years =Am taking homeopathic treatment from past 2 years . =But my symptoms like runny nose , sneezing, irritating nose , irritating throat, whole day and sometimes even night .are not curing. =My doctor changes medicine every time.. but i got no result. =My igE level is 180 IU/ml = My nose still  have inflammation ...What should i do now ?

I am currently taking mukta vati for hypertension. Is it okay to take homeopathy medicine for neck problems while also taking mukta vati? My mother (62 yrs) has been having a recurrent headache which begins from the left sinus and ends near her left ear. This generally happens in the morning when she wakes up to begin the day. It reduces when applying eucalyptus oil balm. This headache happens whenever she is stressed, which is almost everyday. Sometimes it happens in the evening when she is stressed. She has high blood pressure, with intermittent digestion problems(due to gallbladder operation in 2000). Tazloc AM 40MG and Moza Plus capsules are her only medication. She also wears bifocal spectacles as she has + and - power, but she can see mostly without them. So she doesn't wear specs much. She is always anxious/stressed/panicked about small problems and doesn't like going out of the house much. Since this headache has been happening repeatedly every morning, we are a little tensed and so need your help, doctors.🙏 Please tell us what to do or what medication to take?🙏
