I am a breastfeeding mother who gave birth 17 days ago, I am suffering from bad constipation and tried laxatives and stool softners but nothing happened. Is it safe to take Nux Vom 200 for constipation ? Please help

He suggest me take jebrondi mother tincture 20 drop in half cup of water. I am confused can we take jebrondi mother tincture internally or it is external medicine. Is there is any side effects if I take jebrondi mother tincture orally. Please help
