Lipomas are increasing daily specially on Chest and Stomch Is eating Chicken increased lipoma on body

My xyphoid process is visible when I took entire my stomach inside .. it doesn't have any pain .. it is something I am seeing from last 6 months .. I feel discomfort sometime when I sit ground level .. why this is visible?? Why I am feeling now?? Is it normal??

Also their was very rapidly increasing of white hairs in my beard and head . So I checked and find b12 and D difecency . PS:- When I immediately eaten up something after using washroom their was no problem of immediately defecate after breakfast that day there was no problem . I generally eat breakfast after 2 hours of waking up

What is the solution of post spinal anasthtesia headache and nausea?? What should I do when I sitting down or standing up my headache increases and when lying down on bed it gone slowly??
