General Surgery

My temperature remains between 98.9-99.1 Oxygen levels are above 95, 97-98 to be precise. Don't feel any signs of loss of smell, taste, diarrhea,headache, cough or cold. Should I get tested for covid 19? Or do I need to wait before anything pops up and keep tracking fever and SP02 levels?

I am 20 yrs old female. My usg report shows 2 hyperechoic areas are seen in the lumen causing acoustic shadows suggestive of calculi measuring 1.49cm and 0.95cm. My general physician suggests me to consult a general surgeon . Do I need to have surgery of it ?

I had laser lateral internal Sphinctormy and laser hemriodoplasty before 2 week I had little strain and while passing stools since 1 day it cause any recurrence after surgery of 2 weeks of surgery I am taking fiber foods even i am not taking any non veg why after surgery also causing strains while passing stools

After gall stone micro surgery port infection occurred. Fluid culture confirmed acid positive bacteria occasionally found. 6 weeks Amikacin (1g) & Crixan 500 taken. Not properly responded. Taking AKT 4. Facing high allergy. Taking Allegra 180, but not curing. Please suggest.

My fathers left lower leg and feet swollen.. there is no pain.. just one leg swell.. from 4-5 days. .we have got done all the blood test basic checks, liver, kidney tests all look good. Bp is 130/82 Sugar is 107.. hemoglobin is 12.5., Not sure why the swell is.. pls assist
