What does this report suggest..is my fistula healed on its own.i had two abcess only initially and nothing post that.

Stapler circumcision done on 17november2025, my bottom side of wound pic ture is attached. Top side wound area closed

I had stapler surgery for piles 6 weeks back. In the 3rd week i could feel a lump protuding out of my rectum which I showed to the doctor and he said it is a skin tag which will take 1-2 months to shrink or heal. He prescribed me sitcom forte for 10 days and during that time i felt better. After the course completion, its been a week and i had to strain in the morning for bowel movements and thus the tag is swollen and irritated. Can i take sitcom again for some days till the time i heal.
