2 years ago GB stone was 6 mm and now 3-4 mm but it's been painful for 10 days . According to her age and medical conditions what should I do for pain relief?? I am giving paracetamol during pain. An ultrasound report is attached here.

My colonoscopy was done on 27 November and today observed black tarry stool and colonoscopy didn't complete on that day due to spastic splenic fixture and extreme pain I had so is It anything to be worried about and extreme weight loss also is there.on 28 CT was done and waiting for the report of it.what should be done next to know the cause of my issue.right lower abdomen pain when pressed and cough and radiates to the pelvis .
