Hi Doctor, I am feeling like fainting while working out and I feel like vomit and pooping too. My body is sweating a lot suddenly (even if the intensity is low) and I am not able to be in my control. How can I treat this ??

Liver is mildly enlarged in size and shows bright echotexture. Interhepatic portal and hepatic venous systems appear normal. No obvious intrahepatic mass lesion is seen. Intrahepatic biliary radicles are not dilated.PV = 10mm Impression: Grade 2 fatty inflammation of the liver. This is a report from 10 months ago doctor. Is it serious? Can it be cured? I was suffering from abdomen pain and tightness and heavy gas issue . Doctor gave me pentocid for 1 mnth and rifagut for 10 days now I am in on 5th day of my medication.
