About Rabies

Good evening sir, My friend had a dog bite on Day 0, and on that same day, I think we drank water from the same bottle. On Day 1, he took his first dose of PEP. Then on Day 6, we shared the same food-there might have been some saliva exchange. But I had a mouth ulcer on that day. He had taken 2 doses of PEP by then. Should I also take the PEP vaccine in this situation?

Stepped on dog's saliva/vomit

Hi doctor, A stray dog came near my home and vomitted heavily its vomit contained huge white solid wastes and thick mucus after a minute or so I went to clean it bare foot I had fresh cut in between the fingers of toes due to water. After 10-15 minutes I cleaned my legs and hands thoroughly with Dettol handwash. I clearly remember I didn't stepped on the vomit but must have steeped on the edges area I am not sure. It's 18 days no symptoms I'm paranoid about it. The dog went near the grass area and was doing something in the grass i threw stone at him it looked back and ran fastly normally. Do I need to get pep or rig?

Bp pobia and ocd

Hi, I am Santanu. I suffer a lot from health anxiety. I have done ECG and Echocardiogram twice, and no problems have been detected. I have seen many doctors, and they referred me to a psychiatrist. I am currently getting better and have completely stopped taking medicines for now. But one problem still remains – and that is BP phobia. I feel scared when I see BP machines. At home, I check my BP many times. The systolic fluctuates between 120, 122, 127, 130, 138, and the lower value (diastolic) stays around 75–85. All day, from morning to night, I keep measuring my BP. Even when I go out, I carry a BP apparatus in my bag, fearing that my BP might suddenly go high. Sometimes, when I check once and feel satisfied, I don’t think about it for several days. But then after many days, I feel like measuring again – and if the reading comes even slightly abnormal, my anxiety starts all over again. Now I want to know — how can I return to normal from this condition? Please help me.
