If a mosquito bites a person living with HIV and within 5 seconds another person accidentally eats that mosquito — and that person has bleeding sores or an open wound in the mouth — is there any risk of HIV transmission? Details: Mosquito had just bitten an HIV-positive person. Or maybe dip whole mosquito in hiv blood Immediately (within3- 5 seconds), another person ate the mosquito. The second person has bleeding gums / mouth sores. Concern: Can HIV enter through the mouth wound in this situation? Or is the risk zero?

My brother got a scratch with a little blood from a street puppy around 5 to 6 months ago but had not informed us. He recently casually told us about that, so I just wanted to inquire if vaccine is required since it has been a couple of months already.
