Plzz check this usg report she has abdominal pain few days ago but now pain is no there after medicines only she has bowel issue like bowel in 2 days

My father has high pressure (150/90) what I checked at home but he doesn't take any medicine for it. The pressure is same for 9-10 months. He also has Diabetes and cholesterol ( takes medicine for diabetes) What to do???

I have been taking TT injections  each year since 2015 (except during the covid period) I had taken the last TT injection on 22 jan 2025...before that, Feb, 2024.... does so many frequent TT vaccines cause any overdose or other adverse effect on my body..?
