Hi I want to ask one question if daily for few minutes while walking pulse rate increase till 135 bpm than during resting it comes in normal range happen for one year does it weaken heart muscle or not

Today while running on road my 3 year old daughter got scratch in her knee by falling on road. I applied Dettol on the scratch. Sometimes dogs also roam on road side, does this incident is a risk for Rabies infection or just my doubt?

Hello
I got dengue one week earlier and got admitted in hospital,
Now platele improve
But I have a heavy head all day and sometimes balance me issue horha and ear sound and pressure hai.
Is it common after dengue , as I don't have any of these before dengue.
Do help
