Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have throat pain from last 20 days.. Doc diagnosed tonsils and gave antibiotics.. Tonsils got cured.. But pain is still there.. Now doctor has prescribed disperzyn tablet for inflammation and dolo 650 for pain.. I am tired of this pain..

I have this brownish spot on tongue since yesterday and it's paining when I eat or talk. No other symptoms.

After waking up I feel my nose is dry. Sometime later, there is a lot of sneezing, no colour nasal discharge and congestion. Symptoms get better when I steam and worse if I sleep in an AC room for long hours. Sometimes nasal congestion is so much that I need to mouth breath to have some sleep.
