Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Plz suggest me how to cure breathing troubles due to sinusitis? I have sinus problem sinxe long never never had any symptoms. But now, weather, changing and lot of smog so symptoms are elevated. ENT doctor said that in my opinion scan, there was a lot of sinus inflammation. I am taking l hist mont, flomist spray and steam still no improvement in breathing issue

Fluid is coming from the ear and ringing sound at night. There is no pain. What will be the reason ?
