I have been using a steroidal nasal spray for 2+ years. I get severe congestion if I stop using it. Will this periodic usage affect my heart health ? How to slowly taper off the usage

Does turbinate hypertrophy can be cause of this  problem ? 👇👇👇 I have no backpain or any other specific problem, but for last one year i can not fall in sleeping when i am on back side in bed, So what can be a reason? I recently had heartburn but also have cold. I am taking Esomeprazole every day for a week now. Now I feel sight discomfort while swallowing as if something is obstructing. I can swallow normally. I also feel sight fullness in left ear. And can hear click sounds when I eat. What could this be?

I have recently developed nodules in my vocal cords and due to that my voice has become hoarse and i also have slight pain in my throat, i have consulted a few doctors in my city and they all have said that surgery is the only option for this and it cannot be treated. I want to ask if there is any medication that i can take that can reduce these vocal cords or surgery is the only option. And can it become cancerous.
