Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I can see white blister (Chhala)in my uvula from past few months I feel tonsil pain sometimes when I eat sour hot cold things. Is it matter of worry what does it caused

Sir 3 days I got throat infection...I use gargling to cure..but one by one day it will increase pain still I can't drink water too pls advice any medicine to cure 🙏

Infection from Thursday, taking medicine but no improvement. High fever but remission with Dolo 650. Occassionally nauseating. Chest congestion. Very weak. Bowels nearly clear. Please help. Taken cough syrup also.

I am 44 years old male. Around 20 days back I removed the dry skin from my lower lips and this opened the soft tissue of my lips which is not healing. I was using borewell water to brush my teeth but while gargling and swishing the mouth after brushing water went up my nose through my mouth. That is it got up from my mouth and came out through my nose. I don't know how it happened. My nose was hurting a bit. I blew the water out from my nose. Is this a risk situation for N Fowleri infection? Or it has to go through the nose upwards to cause an infection? Please guide me as I am very anxious.
