Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My throat is red from last 1 year. After doing blood test only the IGE is 150iu/ml.CBC and throat culture was fine.Doctor did fiberoptic laryngoscopy last yr,said all is fine.should I opt for other tests.i have occasional Acidity and DNS,pls find pic attached.

My baby has laryngomalacia. Recently we have observed that he cannot sleep properly. Whenever we lie him down to sleep he gets up gasping within 1 or 2 minutes. He sleeps when we keep him on our shoulder. He is gaining weight properly. Now he is 5 kg. How can we help him sleep? I have seen pediatricians. They say laryngomalacia will resolve with time. But my baby is not sleeping. Sometimes he coughs loudly . Does he have gerd?  Doctor has advised to take nexpro junior for 2 weeks. Is it okay to take this medicine?How can we resolve this.

I have a history of dust allergy and underwent nasal septum surgery in 2016 due to a deviated septum on the right side, which had completely blocked airflow. After the surgery, I felt fine for several years. However, over the past year, my symptoms have gradually worsened. Hi Mam/Sir Am suffering form right side throat pain, I can't swallow the saliva (Sometimes its feels normal sometimes it's hurting). My mouth also continuously dry, when I. Open the mouth my ear right side ear also hearting. My through out throat burning, I have Little bit of gastro problem is there ( Not  high there is no esophagus problems ) because gastro endoscopy also done. And last 1 week I eat so much junk food because of my work stress. And I don't know what happened to my throat? Is anything serious ? Literally I feel very scary. Please suggest me . If I use flash light to see my nose there is reddish and sometime blood coming through cough i don't have any pain sensation but I can see red in deep of my nose if I use flashlight

Can u please suggest some medicine or medical treatment to control snoring as a girl its get very uncomfortable
