I'm 24 years old and I was diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency so I had taken once in a week med for 2 months but my left knee pain is there. When I take medicine than it stops but it again start when I stopped medicine. Please tell me what problem is this?

In May 2024, I had a bad fall that caused soreness in my hips and left lower back for about two weeks. Around three months later, in August 2024, I started experiencing sharp pain at one spot in my left thigh. The pain occurs randomly, and I can’t relate it to any specific trigger. At that time, I weighed 63 kg and was advised to reduce weight. I started doing Pilates, during which I suffered a ligament tear, and this intensified the thigh pain. While recovering, I was advised to do physiotherapy exercises, but the pain became very intense and unbearable after doing the exercises while resting, so I had to stop them. By February 2025, I was able to move without thigh pain, but in June 2025, I began experiencing mild thigh pain again. I also notice that when I lie on my back with my right arm perpendicular to my body and bend my leg toward my back, I experience the pain 100% of the time

It has been one week, but there is no significant pain relief yet. How long does it usually take for this injection to show effect, and when can we expect pain relief? I've been dealing with an issue for the past 8 months. My feet hurt the most in the morning. I've constant pain in my heel when I walk or play or run. I've been doing stretches for a month now to stretch my calfs but no improvement. Sides of my feet hurt too. There's pain near my toe region as well. I need to know what kind of tests should I do or scans if necessary. I tried deep tissue massage but it was useless too. I need a good doctor preferably from Mumbai for a diagnosis.
