Please tell is my Scaphoid fracture Healed?? I have used POP cast for 5 weeks and accident happened before 7 weeks . I am attaching both x-ray. Please tell me about my progress??

From yesterday morning, I woke up with pain in the area of ankle. There was no injury nothing, happened suddenly.Till now I am having pain, i applied an ice bag 3 times yesterday. In the evening yesterday pain was reduced, it started again this morning. What is the problem? What should I do?

10 days back my fell and leg got strained. I could not walk with that leg after sometime and doctor took xray on ankle abd nothing in it. Told to rest for 3 days and zerodol.next day itself felt good.but after so e days I feel some nerve sensation like electric when I press my feet till fingers. Also feel some pain when walking. I have undergone forearm fracture plate surgery of both radius and ulna bone 1 month ago before surgery i have been treated with normal plaster for 10 days but it doesn't works In my forearm their are many brown marks now can anyone tell me why these brown marks are there on my skin and how I can treat it And also tell me does I have to remove these plate after some year or not Does removal is compulsory

It's been more than 2 weeks and i have been experiencing some discomfort in my left knee.. It's not severe pain but there is some stiffness while walking. And the creaking sound keeps happening. How can I figure out what the problem is? I haven't applied any ointment/gel yet.

I have consulted neurologist who suggested me not to use traction as it would worsen pain,I have also consulted orthopedician who suggested me to use traction Will physiotherapy be helpful -ultrasonic and TENS
