Weird pain symptoms

I get this very agonizing pain in my knee, but not when I do intense cardio. I can burn up to 600-800 calories in like a HIIT step class, spin class, badminton for 1 hour, burn like 350-400 calories in like 30 minutes for badminton. I can run around and I won't feel much pain when I'm running side to side or doing any... I don't know, it's just my pre-assumption. But when I get up in the morning and I walk to the bus stop, which is like a 4-minute walk from my house, I get this agonizing pain in my knee from my calf. It's sort of like a shock and I don't know what it is. But it doesn't hurt when I'm doing intense cardio. But it hurts when I'm walking, pace walking, or even running. I don't know. I don't understand this. I'm kinda confused.

Bone Paining

Hello Doctor, I had a tibia nailing on 14 April 2025. Today, I accidentally put more weight than usual on the leg around 12 PM and heard a slight sound. Since then, I have severe pain near the fracture site, even with slight movement, and I'm limping like before 35 days ago. There is no swelling, redness, or warmth. I have Enzofit Plus for emergency pain as previously suggested. Should I take it now, and will it help reduce the pain? My last visit was on 13 September 2025, and doctor said my bone was about 85 to 90 percent joined and I could start regular activities including driving an Activa. I'm worried and want geniune guidance about this problem and i do i have to worry or it will heal normally and when this issue will solve ?. I prefer not to tell my parents or local doctor at this moment.

Pain, swelling and difficulty in walking

Had an accident 3 years ago and the MRI report suggested Mild posterior talofibular ligament sprain with ankle joint effusion in right leg. Went for physio and medicine and had a little relief but the pain and swelling never really went and this year from 2-3 months started facing alot of pain not only in ankle but till the thighs so again consulted a doctor and got an MRI done which now suggests Mild anterior talofibular ligament sprain with small effusion. After sitting for long or after waking up I'm not able to stand properly or walk. My now doctor suggested that I can continue my daily activities with medicine and physio but I'm finding it difficult to just even stand. What should I do? Is my daily activities affecting the situation like walking and standing. I am in research lab and it requires either long sitting hours or long standing and walking there is no in between what should I do? Should I take off and give my leg proper rest or should I continue like this?
