Surture removed 6 days before... After removal dry crust like thing formed... Just now applied spirit to clean, the dry crust came out and I feel wound is wet inside... No pain... The dry skin came out and now it's look like hole... I applied wounsol oinment and covered that... What to do now.. please help... Am really scared... Physical examination needed ? How to take care of this... Closed or let it dry in air ?

Doctor, yesterday evening I suddenly felt pain in my left shoulder while moving my hand. The pain has continued till now. It only hurts when I move my hand, not when I’m at rest. For example, when I change gears in the car or move my hand in certain directions, it hurts. Otherwise, there’s no pain, but I feel a slight heaviness in that area. Even after waking up this morning, it hasn’t gone away. Now, I also feel a slight pain in my right side when I move my hand.

I fell in the steps while walking and my shoulder got injured around 3 weeks ago. Kindly check with the attached X ray, and the pain persists till now. And I am unable lift my shoulder/hand up. Check with the x ray and guide me to recover soon.
