MRI shows abscess wit Cortical destruction of adjacent bones. Mom has foot pain for sometime went to a podiatrist, he suggested an MRI and I have attached the report. I want to take a second opinion... Is it good to consult another podiatrist or Rheumatologist or ortho surgeon? Please suggest

I m in my early 30's unmarried woman having slip disc. Episode 1- In 2007 l4-l5 disc bulge with leg pain initially followed by numbess and power loss. Recovered successfully with ozone therapy, steroid injection and physiotherapy. Episode 2- In jan 2023, very mild disc bulge at l4-l5 with spasm on left side back. Mild soft tissue canal stenosis with 9.5mm Recovered within 1 month with physiotherapy Episode 3- From May 2023 and continued till now, pain in back, no numbess or no power loss or no tingling. All motor functions are proper with full strength. Pain in right leg was observed 3 weeks back and settled in 1 week with physiotherapy. Done MRI 4 days back. Attaching MRI scan and report for better analysis. Please help me if i can get treated with non surgical approach. Does canal stenosis diameter increase once disc shrinks? I want to get married and have baby. Please let me know best conservative treatment options. I need help and guidance. Please.

My father landed his foot inappropriately while coming down the stairs 4 months back. The pain was more initially but it gradually decreased with time but did not went off completely. Visited many doctors and some painkiller and calcium tab was prescribed everytime. Recently went for mri and observerd partial tear in meniscus both lateral and internal. Right now undergoing physitherapy and pain is minimal. Do i need to go for surgery in this case?

I feel dull pain near my tail bone and both the kegs . Legs pain in muscles . Also arm pain . Feel lot of fatigue . Pain increases after walking and excercising

I was experiencing a lot of pain on the lower back for more than a year, The pain radiates to my right leg. Lumbar MRI revealed spondilosis and I was advised to wear an LS belt, by neuro medicine doctor. However off late I am also experiencing pain in the middle around the dorsal portion hence a Dorsolumbar MRI was advised by neurologist. MRI findings are disc desiccation with mild posterior disc bulge at l4 and l5. Mild disc desiccation at l3 and l4. Mild facet arthropathy at l1 and l2 to l4 and l5.i have to sit for long hours during work everyday Please advise. Thanks

My mother had knee replacement due to arithritis 6 years ago but now age is unable to walk and she has pain all the time. It is difficult for her to get out of bed in the morning . X ray was done and doctor has suggested for hip replacement . What should we do

My age is 27yrs , on May 2021 I got affected by Covid and later I recovered from it but after covid am observing pain in left shoulder and hand . Pain is only at sometimes and it radiating from back to front and from shoulder to hand / elbow don't know why it's happening sometimes only.please advise what is happening with me. I was fallen down from my bike towards rightside And my right shoulder started paining but there was no swelling . After two applying heat compression and Omni gel somehow pain get reduced . I was able to move my hand in much position .. But only thing is that I am not able to lift my hand upward as it feels like two much force exerting on right hand bone near shoulder and in arms ...

Muscular cramp like pain in legs, calf and above knee, elbow folded cannot straighten. Not arthritis or a neurological issue, what is this?

I had a partial ligament tear in march and the doctor i consulted suggested fiber plastic for 4 weeks and i had put for 3 weeks. Now i am able to walk and drive car and bike perfectly but still i have little bit of pain when i stand for long time and walk for long time. Can anyone suggest if i need to consult a doctor and what all precautions i have to take
