Hello doctor my age is 24 but now a days i am facing knee bone cracking problem daily so what i to do right now to stop these problem

Pain in left foot and it getting worst on morning and becomes the whole leg tired and pain. Its even so bad and unable to walk properly. Sometimes feel of heat on foot.

Dear Sir/Madam, My name BALASUBRAMANYAM, after Covid my self suffering pain in my both Hips. I was consulted in Hyderabad they confirmed that this is Avascular necrosis. And left hip surgery done with THR in 2022, still I am having pain in right HIP. Can you pls suggest is there any alternative option to avoid surgery. How long blunt injury in chest take to heal.I got hit from sharp table three months ago .Even after three months area is tender.There is some swelling on top of ribs maybe posterium injury or Bruised rib or intercostal Muscles injury or nerve injury.X Ray is totally normal and there is no crack visible.Blood clot faded to light brown after one month. Will it take six months to heal ? I am taking homeopathic treatment and breathing excercise but every now and than that injury start paining like sting or some itching or something.One doctor said we can do CT Scan but in afraid of those harmful rays I didn't took.The Bruise now is little bit light brown and hardly visible.

I have pain in right leg middle finger since 4/5 days. Some swelling is there. Continue its paining. All blood test before 1 month. Need to repeat? hot fomentation also tried but no relief. What's the reason of pain? Thanks in advance

3daysago I observed one side swell on 2nd toe of right foot. Felt pain only when pressed it. But today feeling pain without touching the swell and unable to walk also. I didn't hit anything with that foot also. I have 1month baby and taking iron and calcium tablets too
